A tree celebrating 'Joy and Peace' is Central's contribution to Hucknall's first ever Christmas Tree Festival taking place at the Parish church of St Mary Magdalene on Hucknall Market Place.The festival will feature up to 50 trees and opened at 6 pm on Wednesday 1st December, even though the Christmas Carnival had to be cancelled due to the weather. The festival will also be open from 10 am-12 noon, 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and Friday with the final chance to visit on Saturday morning from 10 am to 12 noon. Admission is free and light refreshments will be available.
