Out and About For Pentecost Worship

It's a case of 'out and about' for our morning worship for Pentecost (Sunday May 23rd) when we celebrate God's gift of the Holy Spirit. There will be no service at Central. Instead we are having a joint celebration with our friends at Eastside Methodist Church (Bestwood Road, Hucknall), commencing with a short time of 'Joint Worship' and then sharing in activities at the chapel and the nearby Community Allotment. We will conclude with drinks and biscuits back at Eastside Chapel.

Presidential Visit

David Gamble, president of the Methodist Church in Great Britain for 2009-10 made a visit to our community allotment on April26th as part of his visit to the Nottingham and Derby District. Visit our allotment page for more details.
